Cancellation
Basic rule: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, a fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged. During peak season, the entire booking period is payable. However, we are always ready to find alternative solutions together with our guests – feel free to call us for this.

All rooms are 100% smoke-free. Smoking is permitted in our courtyards and on balconies. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations in the room.

Are parking facilities available?
Guests can use the free parking in our courtyard, but it's available on a first come, first serve basis. If the courtyard is already full, we can provide day parking permits for the street at a cost of €4.20.
How is the connection to the public transport network?
The U6 subway is a 4-minute walk, the BUS 64A is 1 minute away on foot, and the Wiener Lokalbahn (which goes directly to the city center) is 2 minutes away by walking.
From what time is breakfast available?
Weekdays from 7:00 am, weekends from 8:00 am.
Do you offer gluten-free food for breakfast?
Usually not. However, if you inform us in advance that you require gluten-free food, we can gladly provide it for you.
